G-CONTROL systems allow you to monitor and control, even remotely, all processes related to the management and treatment of liquids in an industrial plant. G-CONTROL systems are designed to interface each segment of the plant to a control unit and are perfectly compatible with the most common PLCs on the market.

PRODUCTION UNDER CONTROL

Through the G-CONTROL systems it is possible to access in real time important process parameters, such as the productivity and efficiency of the plant, the progress of the processing and the possible presence of anomalies or non-conformities.

G-CONTROL systems allow machines and plant components to be interconnected with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), or with similar production control systems, providing the customer with the opportunity to access important tax breaks (industry 4.0 goods). Remote control and monitoring can be performed both from PCs and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).

GRANZOTTO also offers the possibility, through the G-CONTROL systems, of establishing a connection with the G-CARE technical assistance centre, where a team of professionals guarantees the identification of any anomalies and the timely preparation of the necessary interventions. The connection with the G-CARE assistance centre makes it possible to prevent malfunctions and schedule any maintenance interventions with the aim of minimizing the impact on production.
