PIPING FOR LIQUIDS TRANSFER AND DISTRIBUTION

The G-MOVE family represents the set of solutions designed and manufactured by GRANZOTTO for the transfer of liquids in an industrial plant. G-MOVE products are designed and manufactured on the basis of customer needs, on the nature of the liquid to be transferred and on the characteristics of any existing plant. G-MOVE systems allow the transfer of liquids in the most effective and efficient way, minimizing pressure drops and ensuring maximum production flexibility.

GRANZOTTO pays particular attention to the chemical-physical characteristics and rheological behaviour of the liquid to be transferred, aware of the importance that these factors exert in the transfer of the liquid. During its ten-year experience, GRANZOTTO has had the opportunity to create plants for the transfer of the most diverse products both in the food industry, such as wine, soft drinks, spirits, sauces, oil, vinegar and syrups, and in the chemical industry, such as lubricating oils, paints, solvents, detergents and cosmetics.

G-MOVE systems include pipes, fittings, valves, pumps and all functional components for the transfer of liquids in an industrial plant. These components are carefully selected in the design phase and the systems are then created paying particular attention to the functional layout of the destination plant.

G-MOVE systems allow liquid transfer operations to be carried out in an industrial plant and can be easily integrated with other GRANZOTTO products to achieve maximum efficiency and performance.

G-CLEAN

The G-CLEAN solution for cleaning-in-place of the plants allows you to clean and sanitize all the components used for the transfer of liquids in the shortest possible time and with the minimum use of detergents, eliminating contamination between different products and thus guaranteeing an elevated production flexibility.

G-RECO

The G-RECO solution for pigging operations allows you to recover all the liquid product remaining in the pipes following the transfer, reducing product waste and greatly facilitating cleaning and sanitizing operations.

G-CONTROL

The G-CONTROL solution for automated process management allows you to control and monitor transfer operations, minimizing manual intervention and thus maximizing operational safety.

G-AUX

The G-AUX solutions for integration with auxiliary services allow access to some supplementary services such as: steam for heating, generation of nitrogen and compressed air, production of osmotic and demineralised water.
