G-SKID
TESTED AND READY TO USE PLANTS
G-SKID products consist of modular and autonomous plants, assembled and tested directly by GRANZOTTO before being installed at the customer’s site.
The G-SKID systems make it possible to speed up installation and integration operations with the main plant, minimizing production interruptions.
G-SKID includes a wide range of products intended for both the food and chemical industries, conceived and designed according to the characteristics of the liquid to be treated.

DESIGN
GRANZOTTO designs G-SKID to measure, analysing the customer's needs, the characteristics of the target plant and the properties of the liquid to be managed.

SKID TYPES
G-SKID includes fixed, mobile, monobloc, semi-automatic and automatic installations for various applications mainly related to the management of liquids and the cleaning of the plants.

AUTOMATIONS
G-SKID products are optionally equipped with remote control and assistance systems, as well as advanced monitoring systems with the possibility of interconnection to the production control software.
G-SKID APPLICATIONS
Several GRANZOTTO products can be made on skids in order to speed up installation and start-up timing at the customer’s premises. The skid is customized and tailor-made to meet the customer’s needs and any regulatory constraints (e.g. ATEX environments).
In this regard, the GRANZOTTO team is particularly attentive in the selection phase of the most suitable materials for the construction of the skid (stainless steel, PP, PVC-U, PE, etc.). G-SKID products can be used for the following applications:
- Washing and sanitizing of the plant using CIP (G-CLEAN)
- Recovery of residual liquid product by pigging (G-RECO)
- Transfer and distribution of the liquid product (G-MOVE)
- Process temperature control (G-TECO)
- Dosing and mixing components according to recipe
- Filtration
